IN THIS ROLE

  • You proactively help identify new business opportunities through warm connections, cold outreach, and telephone and email prospecting
  • You develop your professional interpersonal skills to establish and sustain relationships throughout the marketplace
  • You develop business using entrepreneurial and out-of-the-box thought process
  • You support senior level brokers in transaction management (i.e., identifying space opportunities, scheduling tours, drafting proposals, providing lease comments and input on financial analyses)
  • You assemble space reports for client requirements by conducting market surveys, making calls to landlords and brokers, and identifying which buildings/spaces are worthwhile to present to a client
  • You provide potential leads, schedule meetings, and stay in frequent contact with potential clients.
  • You research company growth and structure, building rollovers and leverage windows.
  • You consistently develop your market knowledge to assist in identifying projects that Savills’ capabilities best align with
  • You assist in updating the team’s materials (i.e., comp maps and matrices) for meetings

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1+ years of experience in commercial real estate
  • 1+ years’ experience and success cold calling and/or business development
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of retail nodes in Toronto
  • Real Estate License in Ontario or willingness to get licensed
