Role Responsibilities

In your role, you will:

  1. Establish the needs of the various sectors of the plant in terms of layout or infrastructure.
  2. Present projects to internal entities and communicate their progress.
  3. Develop and choose innovative solutions while respecting customer needs.
  4. Respect the rules in terms of health, safety, and the environment and intervene as needed.
  5. Ensure that deliverables comply with plans and specifications and meet deadlines.
  6. Plan several projects simultaneously while respecting the challenges and constraints of operations.
  7. Manage the work under your responsibility (HSE, Quality, etc.) by ensuring constant monitoring of external contractors.
  8. Respect budgets and inform Bombardier managers when required of any excess costs related to the project.
Ideal Candidate

As our ideal candidate, you:

  1. Have a university degree or college diploma in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, architecture, or equivalent.
  2. Have more than three (3) years of experience as a project manager in an industrial environment or equivalent.
  3. Demonstrate an excellent spirit of synthesis and can easily popularize technical information in your written and oral communications while demonstrating an excellent command of French and a good knowledge of English.
  4. Have good computer skills in a Windows environment: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams, etc.
Qualifications

You:

  1. Are a good communicator and easily interact with several stakeholders from different backgrounds.
  2. Are autonomous, innovative, and dynamic.
  3. Show leadership and have a very good ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
  4. Are a very organized person, results-oriented while remaining flexible to changing priorities/work schedules, and are accustomed to working on several projects at the same time.
  5. Have experience in project management and ideally in drawing on AutoCAD.
  6. Speak French and English.
