Facilitate the development of Bombardier engineering through innovative knowledge management strategies, working closely with engineering and human resources leaders:
- Act as a project manager and lead the deployment of these strategies across engineering, track and report to leadership.
- Work closely with engineering knowledge domains to:
- Manage critical competencies: skill models definition, assessment and gap analysis, competencies development planning.
- Align domains processes with knowledge management strategies and engineering objectives.
- Develop and deploy collaboration and governance tools.
You have:
- A university degree in Engineering, Information Management or Knowledge Management.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of related experience. Knowledge of Bombardier engineering communities is an asset.
- The ability to interact easily with professionals of various backgrounds and levels of expertise.
- A project management background, and can coordinate various activities simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and are data-oriented.
- Mastery of SharePoint, Power BI, MS Office tools, mostly Excel.
- An appreciation for the value of efficient knowledge management and understanding of knowledge management strategies, practices, manuals (BMs), tools, and technologies.
- Ability to present concisely and clearly and adapt communication to your audience, including higher management.
- Fluency in both English and French.
