What are your contributions to the team?

  1. Implement improvements in production and support processes.
  2. Develop the project deployment strategy: Mandate, planning, resources, costs, risks, governance structure.
  3. Align a multi-functional team toward a common objective.

  2. You have at least 8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  3. You have a global vision of the company.
  4. You are customer oriented (production and support functions as internal customers).
  5. You are comfortable in a production environment.
  6. You have a knack for simplifying information and are comfortable presenting to upper management.
  7. You are dynamic and work well in a team.
  8. You are a leader and are motivated by new challenges.
  9. You are patient, driven, and curious.
  10. You are flexible in the face of changes in priorities and strategies that affect your project.
  11. You use MS Project to keep track of project planning and progress.
  12. You use Excel for high-level analysis.
  13. You have training and experience in Industrial Engineering and/or Continuous Improvement.
  14. You speak and write French and English fluently.
