Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to support our Reporting team; bringing an outcomes-based approach to how we think about and deliver analytics and reporting to our internal stakeholders. We are a team of high performing problem solvers with the same vision: to drive the digital future in hospitality. As digital experts we are focused on building a diverse set of products and solutions for our consumers. Our core products include customer mobile apps, operator configuration tools, third party integrations and order fulfillment technology. We also invest in emerging technology like AI, IoT and frictionless retail. Here we work with the “art of the possible” ideas, where we explore and develop the future of hospitality and technology.

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Senior Product Manager, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Own the vision, strategy, planning, execution and launch of performance reporting tools
  • Advocate for our users -- working across our sectors and stakeholders to deeply understand the business questions they’re trying to answer
  • Work collaboratively with data science, design, engineering (BE, FE and data), user research, human insights, scrum managers, marketing and business partners to deliver impact
  • Serve as the product leader for the pods: road mapping, prioritizing feature backlog, tracking and reporting KPIs and business metrics
  • Communicate new product releases to internal and external stakeholders

Think you have what it takes to be our Senior Product Manager? We’re committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you’ll be successful in the role:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product management and analytics. Proven experience building reporting and dashboards that deliver on outcomes instead of requirements
  • Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making
  • Experience working with a wide variety of stakeholders, including executive team members

Compass Group Canada is committed to nurturing a diverse workforce representative of the communities within which we operate. We encourage and are pleased to consider all qualified candidates, without regard to race, colour, citizenship, religion, sex, marital / family status, sexual orientation, gender identity, aboriginal status, age, disability or persons who may require an accommodation, to apply.
