IoT Solution Specialist

We are currently seeking an IoT Solution Specialist to be responsible for expanding sales and support within the IoT segment by driving IoT solutions through appropriate sales channels and functions.

As an IoT Solution Specialist, you will own sales execution in your defined territory and proactively build key relationships, while also growing your own Book of Business. Your goal will be to increase Rogers presence by focusing on transformational IoT solutions that align and drive the client’s core business objectives forward.

What you will be doing:

  1. Drive IoT solution sales capabilities and sales activities throughout the organization to deliver on IoT sales expectations.
  2. Build your Book of Business by prospecting new customers and growing current Rogers accounts.
  3. Be the regional expert for pre-packaged solutions and transition key knowledge to sales teams.
  4. Develop and deliver on complex IoT solutions when appropriate.
  5. Drive key IoT sales funnel activity with AE’s to qualify opportunities and bring to closure.
  6. Drive regular and consistent educational opportunities throughout the IoT Channels and sales members (Direct AE’s, Inside Sales, Indirect Partners, etc).
  7. Maintain a monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales Funnel.
  8. Ensure teams are addressing proper IoT opportunities; Drive resolution to any Regional conflicts and assignments.
  9. Work with Product, Partners and Operations to ensure simple, repeatable implementation process of IoT Solutions.
  10. Responsible for driving field sales teams to meet IoT quotas and objectives by selling predefined solutions (assisting on closing sales where necessary).

  2. Client-centric Outlook: you have an amazing ability to identify the client's business challenges and demonstrate how Rogers can help with the solution.
  3. Experienced in dealing with C-level executives.
  4. You are a gifted collaborator and an effective closer.
  5. Ability to self-motivate and lead teams to meet objectives.
  6. Proficiency in the use of PowerPoint & Excel.
  7. University degree or equivalent expertise.
