Job Description

Marketing

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our competitive landscape and identify new product opportunities.
  • Analysis of sales information in order to optimize and grow the current product offering.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of new products.

Retail Customer Management

  • Track and take action to fulfill customer requests.
  • Retailer promotions management and promotion budget management.
  • Customer meeting preparation.

Supply Chain Liaison & Support

  • Assist in providing key inputs to the Supply Chain team to help manage inventory levels.
  • Work closely with the Supply Chain team to manage new product development and execution.

Job Requirements

  • Eagerness to work within a motivated team in the pursuit of ambitious goals.
  • Dedication to growing personally, professionally and to growing the business.
  • Results oriented and customer driven attitude.
  • Must be able to handle and execute multiple complex projects and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, preferred concentration in Marketing.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Must have strong computer (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) skills and excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Work Schedule

Competitive performance-based compensation. Excellent benefits including medical, dental, and life insurance available three months after hiring.

Hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. The office is located in downtown Montreal. International travel may be required.
