Responsibilities:

  • Serve as digital campaign strategist, bringing in-depth knowledge of the various channels’ strengths and weaknesses, identifying and classifying audiences that have a higher propensity to convert, increasing our program efficiency in reaching target audiences through the right channel with the right content, and overseeing a highly efficient demand generation engine.
  • Work closely with Sales, BDRs, and other marketing team members to ensure our campaigns are converting at or above industry benchmarks through every channel.
  • Identify content type and quantity required to fuel the demand generation engine, working closely with Content, Events, BDRs and Sales teams.
  • Work strategically with internal (Marketing) stakeholders and outside marketing agencies to develop and execute digital marketing plans bringing to the table prior campaign analytics, insights, industry trends, professional experience and best practices.
  • Design, manage, and optimize lead creation and execution process, by collaborating with Sales, Sales Ops, Events, Web, and others to ensure all inbound activities are aligned with the MQL process and are meeting or exceeding defined SLAs.
  • Serve as strategic subject matter expert in digital marketing tactics working closely with internal and external marketing teams, web, BDRs, and sales teams.
  • Responsible for overall KPI’s and SMART business goals achievement across all digital efforts with the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve and optimize.
  • Monitor evolving online media and technology trends as well as competitive activity with the aim of driving best practice adoption in digital experience. This includes the exploration of new and effective products or enhancements that will improve site/program experiences, digital marketing efforts and enhance consumer perception of our brand.
  • Build and manage digital marketing budget.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, MBA Preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in direct or digital marketing with an emphasis in email, web, SEO, advertising, and social media at the strategic, technical, and analytical levels.
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing models and how to optimize channels for best results.
  • Thorough knowledge of interactive best practices like CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, etc.
  • Knowledge of and comfort with a variety of online tools, inclusive of marketing automation platforms, content management systems, CRM, and web analytics.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing technology (tools & tech) including analytic packages, search platforms and data onboarding solutions.
  • Hands on experience with the modern digital marketing technologies, including Marketing Automation (Hubspot specifically), Analytics, DMP, Personalization, Search, SEO, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience developing cutting edge strategies and leading their cross-functional implementation.
