Insight Global is looking for a Servicing Analyst to join the team with one of our large banking clients in the downtown Toronto area on a 1-year contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Provides loan servicing and monitoring support for corporate and commercial lending portfolios in a professional and timely manner.
  • Delivers agreed lending/financing services as specified in the credit agreement/approval and ensures all required policies, guidelines and standards are met.
  • Addresses customer services issues according to established parameters, escalating as required
  • Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities
  • Executes routine tasks such as service requests, transactions, queries etc. within relevant service-level agreements
  • Investigates and addresses specific customer issues
  • Completes administrative activities to ensure the smooth operation of the unit; including scanning and filing documents as required
  • Supports the development of tools and delivery of training focused on delivering business results
  • Integrates information from multiple sources to enable more efficient processes, enhanced analysis and/or streamlined reporting
  • Collaborates to execute loan servicing and monitoring requests
  • Prepares customer notifications and billings, and processes services and transactions including (but not limited to) loan advances/payments, wire transfers, billing for principal/interest/fees, monitoring collateral positions, financial exceptions, etc.

Must-haves

  • 1-3 years of a relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience -- Commerce or Finance
  • Bilingual - fully fluent in French and English
  • Experience dispersing money via direct transfer, wire transfers, SWIFT, or other methods
  • Ability to calculate fees and interest
  • Knowledge and understanding of the business unit's products and services, processes, and controls
  • Knowledge of standard desktop applications and department systems and applications
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Self-starter with an eager attitude to learn and grow in an exciting and fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 11am - 7pm EST.

Insight Global est à la recherche d'un analyste de services pour rejoindre l'équipe de l'un de nos grands clients bancaires du centre-ville de Toronto dans le cadre d'un contrat d'un an. Le candidat retenu sera responsable des tâches suivantes :

  • Fournit un service de gestion des prêts et un soutien au suivi des portefeuilles de prêts aux entreprises et aux entreprises de manière professionnelle et en temps opportun.
  • Fournit les services de prêt/financement convenus comme spécifié dans le contrat/approbation de crédit et veille à ce que toutes les politiques, directives et normes requises soient respectées.
  • Résoudre les problèmes de service à la clientèle selon les paramètres établis, en évoluant si nécessaire
  • Prend en charge la gestion des changements de portée et de type variés ; tâches généralement axées sur les activités d’exécution et de maintien en puissance
  • Exécute les tâches de routine telles que les demandes de service, les transactions, les requêtes, etc. dans le cadre des accords de niveau de service pertinents
  • Étudie et résout les problèmes spécifiques des clients
  • Compléter les activités administratives pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'unité; y compris la numérisation et le classement des documents selon les besoins
  • Prend en charge le développement d'outils et la prestation de formations axées sur l'obtention de résultats commerciaux
  • Intègre des informations provenant de plusieurs sources pour permettre des processus plus efficaces, une analyse améliorée et/ou des rapports rationalisés
  • Collabore à l’exécution des demandes de service et de suivi des prêts
  • Prépare les notifications et les facturations des clients, et traite les services et les transactions, y compris (mais sans s'y limiter) les avances/paiements de prêts, les virements électroniques, la facturation du principal/intérêts/frais, le suivi des positions de garantie, les exceptions financières, etc.

Incontournables

  • 1 à 3 années d'expérience pertinente et un diplôme postsecondaire dans un domaine d'études connexe souhaitable ou une combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience - Commerce ou Finance
  • Bilingue - parle couramment le français et l'anglais
  • Expérience dans la distribution d'argent par virement direct, virement bancaire, SWIFT ou d'autres méthodes
  • Possibilité de calculer les frais et intérêts
  • Connaissance et compréhension des produits et services, des processus et des contrôles de l'unité commerciale
  • Connaissance des applications de bureau standard et des systèmes et applications du département
  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale
  • Capacité à gérer efficacement le temps et à prioriser les tâches
  • Autonome et désireux d'apprendre et d'évoluer dans un environnement de travail passionnant et au rythme rapide
  • Capacité de travailler du lundi au vendredi, de 11 h à 19 h HNE.
