Gestionnaire de comptes

TELUS cherche une personne autonome dotée de compétences exceptionnelles en matière d’établissement de relations et de négociations commerciales pour se joindre à son équipe de vente au détail. En qualité de gestionnaire de comptes (régime de télétravail hybride) sur un territoire couvrant la province de Québec et la grande region d'Ottawa, vous aurez la responsabilité d’assurer la croissance du canal prépayé de TELUS par l’intermédiaire de l’acquisition de nouveaux partenaires de vente au détail et de la promotion des ventes dans votre région. Vous présenterez les nouveautés excitantes de la gamme de produits prépayés de TELUS aux partenaires commerciaux potentiels en visant à promouvoir la croissance du réseau de distribution et du chiffre de ventes. Pour stimuler les ventes dans ce nouveau canal, vous aurez à mettre au point et à réaliser un plan exhaustif pour votre territoire tout en entretenant de solides relations avec les clients et en démontrant une connaissance exceptionnelle de nos produits.

Vous offrirez à nos partenaires une assistance commerciale d’une fiabilité hors pair en faisant preuve d’une réactivité exceptionnelle, en mettant à profit vos relations pour nous assurer un avantage concurrentiel et en veillant à ce que chaque interaction concrétise la promesse de la marque TELUS et procure à nos clients la meilleure expérience qui soit.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer la croissance du réseau de distribution de TELUS par l’intermédiaire de l’acquisition de nouveaux partenaires détaillants chargés de la vente de nos services prépayés au moyen de démarchage à froid ou de recommandations
  • Inculquer la proposition de valeur de TELUS à nos partenaires de ce canal de vente de façon à assurer le rayonnement optimal de la marque TELUS
  • Offrir à nos partenaires une assistance commerciale d’une fiabilité hors pair en faisant preuve d’une réactivité exceptionnelle et en mettant à profit vos relations pour nous assurer un avantage concurrentiel
  • Mettre au point et réaliser un plan exhaustif pour votre territoire de manière à servir efficacement les établissements partenaires qui vous sont confiés, à maximiser notre rendement et à atteindre votre cible en matière de transactions totales
  • Veiller au maintien de la bonne réputation de la marque de TELUS et au respect de ses normes de marchandisage
  • Recueillir des renseignements sur la concurrence et produire des rapports à ce sujet
  • Assurer la liaison avec les groupes internes de TELUS (mise en marché, exploitation et commercialisation) au moyen d’activités efficaces et opportunes de communication, de formation et d’accompagnement auprès des partenaires détaillants relativement aux nouveautés et aux modifications de produits propres au canal prépayé de TELUS
  • Recommander, mettre au point, mettre en œuvre et influencer des mesures visant à améliorer les résultats en matière de ventes, de qualité et d’efficience par l’intermédiaire d’initiatives personnalisées de gestion du rendement et du partage de pratiques commerciales exemplaires

Titres et qualités

  • Diplôme universitaire ou collégial obtenu
  • Minimum de 2 années d’expérience de la gestion de territoire, de préférence dans le secteur des télécommunications sans fil et/ou 2 années d’expérience de la gestion des ventes dans le secteur des télécommunications sans fil (canal de détail ou de distribution)
  • Permis de conduire valable et véhicule fiable
  • Bilingue, à l’aise en français et en anglais (à l’écrit et à l’oral)
  • Solides compétences en prospection et en conclusion de marchés dans le milieu de la vente
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en matière d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
  • Autonomie démontrée alliée à la capacité de dénicher, d’explorer et d’exploiter fructueusement les pistes
  • Antécédents démontrés pour ce qui est du dépassement des cibles et des objectifs de vente
  • Entregent hors pair, y compris l’aptitude à établir et à maintenir des relations positives avec les clients et à travailler efficacement au sein d’équipes interfonctionnelles
  • Aptitude à influer sur le comportement de collaborateurs individuels par l’intermédiaire d’activités efficaces d’accompagnement et d’animation de formations
  • Aptitude à faire des exposés et à offrir des formations auprès de groupes de diverses tailles (petits à grands)
  • Savoir travailler avec un minimum de supervision selon un régime flexible et mobile :
  • Travail à domicile
  • Disposition à travailler les soirs et les fins de semaine au besoin
Connaissance du marché canadien des télécommunications sans fil et des solutions résidentielles (atout)Connaissance pratique évoluée des suites MS Office et Google

TELUS is looking for a self-starter with exceptional relationship building and sales skills to join the retail team. As an Account Manager (hybrid remote) with a territory encompassing the province of Quebec, you will be responsible for growth of TELUS’ prepaid channel through acquisition of new retailer partners and driving sales in your region. You will introduce new and exciting TELUS prepaid products to prospective businesses with the desired outcome of growing distribution and sales. Driving sales in this new channel comes by developing and executing a comprehensive territory plan while cultivating strong customer relationships and providing exceptional product knowledge.

You will provide our partners with the most reliable sales support through exceptional responsiveness, leveraging relationships as a competitive advantage, and ensuring every interaction lives up to the TELUS brand promise and providing our clients best-in-class experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow TELUS distribution by acquiring new retailer partners to sell our prepaid services through cold-calling or referrals
  • Educate channel partners on TELUS’ value proposition to ensure top of mind awareness of TELUS
  • Providing our partners with the most reliable sales support through exceptional responsiveness, leveraging relationships as a competitive advantage
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to service assigned partner locations in an efficient and effective manner to maximize return and achieve total transactions target
  • Ensure the TELUS brand is represented well and merchandising standards are met
  • Gather and report on competitive information
  • Liaise between TELUS internal groups (Go to market, Operations, Marketing) through effective and timely communication, training and coaching of retailer partners on new/changes product information specific to TELUS prepaid
  • Recommend, develop, implement and Influence improved sales, quality and efficiency results through customized performance management initiatives and sharing best business practices

Qualifications:

  • Completed university degree or college diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of territory management experience, preferably in wireless and/or 2 years’ sales management experience in wireless (retail or dealer channel)
  • Possess a valid driver’s license together with a reliable vehicle
  • Bilingual; fluent in both English and French (written and oral communication)
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills in a sales environment
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to find, develop and close leads
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and objectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive customer relationships as well as work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to influence and affect behavior change with individuals through effective coaching and training facilitation
  • Ability to do presentations and trainings to small and large groups
  • Work with minimal supervision through a flexible and mobile work style:
