Calling all Senior Executive Assistants my Surrey client is looking for a highly efficient, proactive and highly confidential professional. The successful candidate will be someone who is proactive, can think quickly on their feet to put out fires, is comfortable working in the unknown and would describe themselves as "doer' and "go getter". The role will require the successful candidate to wear many hats across a variety of industries including Real Estate & Development, Property Management and investment management. The role will be split into some traditional EA tasks as well as project work. There will be some repetition in the EA tasks but lots of opportunity in the evolving project management duties.
The successful candidate will support two senior executives CEO and the VP. You will have the opportunity to work in a state of the art beautifully finished bright, modern office space in an environment that is built on collaboration, with a very flat structure, high standards and expectations.
There is ample opportunity for the candidate to continue to learn and grow professionally. This is a well established organization that continues to grow at a rapid pace and is involved with many well known projects across the lower mainland and USA.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is intrinsically driven, a problem solver, and enjoys working with driven professionals in a fast paced environment.
Requirements:
-Previous experience supporting a senior leader in an EA capacity 5+ progressive years experience
-Real Estate and/or Property management industry experience considered an asset
-This is an in office role
-Polished, professional candidate with superior communication skills both written and verbal
-Editing, formatting documents and proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
-Great attitude, proactive, high achiever, discrete and solution orientated person
