Our client, a high-growth tech company that supports social responsibility on a global scale, is looking for a Director of Product Marketing. This individual will manage the product go-to-market plans by supporting commercial readiness, helping define sales plays, markets and segments for the products, and collaborating on strategies and programs to achieve revenue and market growth.

This is a remote position, open to anyone based anywhere in Canada or the USA (except NY, CA and Miami, FL).

About The Role

  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to build and execute product marketing plans that achieve business goals related to the company’s products and solutions.
  • Develop and execute product go-to-market strategies and launches and lead a collaborative GTM process to bring new solutions to market.
  • Create new opportunities for monetization from products and services, building the right messaging, positioning support packaging and pricing and working closely with various internal teams to effectively take these to market.
  • Refine and establish pricing and packaging strategies for all existing and new products including new product launches, promotions and deal desk approvals.
  • Ensure deep integration on GTM with various teams to ensure all steps in the process are aligned.
  • Map the positioning and messaging to a content strategy aligned to the sales process to achieve higher conversion throughout the funnel.
  • Work with the product team to provide input, market insight and support for communicating the value created via the product roadmap and vision.
  • Speak with clients and sales team members to refine messaging, positioning and enablement tools.
  • Ensure the development of effective product- and solutions-related training materials for staff and clients.
  • Lead a talented team of product marketers, creating a culture of excellence, focus and excitement around products.
  • Improve operations by establishing clear objectives and key results aligned to business goals, tracking performance and deliverables to measure the team’s impact and manage its priorities and productivity.
  • Understand the market through market analysis, input from customer-facing teams, client segmentation and competitive intelligence to generate and share insights about the target audience’s needs, priorities and challenges.

About You

  • 10+ years of related product marketing and/or product management experience in B2B SaaS solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams and working with stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience working with enterprise SaaS programs.
  • Able to execute strategies, programs and projects cross-functionally, on-time, and effectively.
  • Proven experience working at the global level to capitalize international markets and nurture markets at different levels of maturity.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a portfolio of product marketers in a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success launching differentiated products, solutions and services within B2B environments.
  • Proven experience with SaaS pricing and packaging strategy in a global B2B environment to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience with new product introduction by market and different geographies.
  • Strategic planning, execution and measurement skills.
  • Great collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functionally with or without authority.
  • Excellent communication skills across various audiences.
  • Organization skills, independent thinking, flexibility.
  • Analyst relations experience is an asset.
