About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for scheduling customer vehicle service and maintenance appointments. Specifically:

  • Schedule vehicle service and maintenance appointments through inbound and outbound campaigns
  • Explain recommended and required vehicle maintenance to customers
  • Contact customers to confirm upcoming vehicle service and maintenance appointments, and/or reserve appointment for missed appointments
  • Act as the initial contact for customer concerns/complaints
  • Opening and closing of internal work orders
  • Coordinating new car & used car clean ups
  • Working with internal technician to ensure vehicle is ready for delivery
  • Ensure vehicle inspections are completed before customer pick up

About you…

  • 1 to 2 years’ proven experience in customer service and/or business development
  • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail; organized and strategic
  • Ability to maintain professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • A desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
  • A proven commitment to quality of work
