Oversee and manage breakfast service for our guests and ensure a quality dining experience. Provide excellence in guest satisfaction with the highest food quality standards and service. Prepare food and beverage for the breakfast function. Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and dining areas.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Be dependable and prompt, arriving on time and ready to work in a clean and professional image.
  2. Manage the daily menu and portion control based on the number of guests occupied.
  3. Manage the food and supply inventory.
  4. Do inventory and place orders based on the occupancy for the future days.
  5. Ensure we follow all food safety protocols and implement as needed.
  6. Ensure all foods are kept at safe temperatures.
  7. Ensure proper rotation of stocks (FIFO).
  8. Always build rapport with all guests, solving problems when able and reporting any complaints or issues immediately to management for resolution.
  9. Learn about the hotel's guests through conversations.
  10. Pass on any sales leads daily that are obtained during discussions with guests to management.
  11. Continuously look for cost-effective ways to improve breakfast appeal.
  12. Assist department in maintaining safety equipment and emergency procedures for the safety of all guests and employees.
  13. Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous manner always.
  14. All other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management.
  15. Must be able to start at 5:30 AM.

***Must provide food handlers certificate and police clearance report at the time of hire. Compensation package based on experience.***

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
