The ideal candidate will possess a Canadian university degree and demonstrate a high level of organization and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management and Analysis:
  • Input and manage reportable data related to FIU investigations.
  • Prepare and compile detailed transaction reports for FIU teams.
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation and data handling in compliance with FINTRAC regulations.
  • Workflow and Documentation:
  • Operate within established workflows, ensuring accurate saving and uploading of documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with investigators to transcribe and clarify detailed information.
  • Communication and Support:
  • Provide support to the FIU team, addressing data-related queries and assisting in report preparation.
  • Interact with a diverse range of individuals, applying tact, diplomacy, and discretion.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized Canadian university, preferably in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with data entry tools and office equipment.

  • Strong ability to gather, organize, and interpret data.
  • Systematic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Organizational and Administrative Skills:
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
