Le rôle :


Notre équipe s'agrandit et nous recherchons un Acheteur pour soutenir le Procurement & Operations au cœur des activités quotidiennes de l'entreprise, tout en agissant pour l'avenir de l'entreprise. Il est un partenaire, un expert et un leader dans son domaine. On compte sur lui pour veiller à ce que la production dispose de toutes les matières premières dont elle a besoin et pour contribuer à la croissance et au développement de l'entreprise.


Ce que vous ferez :


  • Analyser et comprendre les besoins en matières premières, services et autres fournitures à acheter;
  • Recommander des stratégies d'achat, participer à l'élaboration et au développement de politiques et de procédures d'achat favorables à l'entreprise.
  • Établir et contrôler les calendriers de livraison et traiter toute situation délicate ou problématique avec le fournisseur concerné et l'équipe interne ;
  • Traiter les commandes et les achats ;
  • Veiller à la compétitivité des produits et services reçus,
  • Préparer et tenir à jour les dossiers d'achat, les rapports et les listes de prix ;
  • Résoudre les problèmes liés aux achats (changements de fournisseurs, pénuries de matériel, changements de prix, marchandises retenues à la douane, etc ;)
  • Se tenir au courant des changements et des tendances sur le marché des matières premières ;
  • Identifier les fournisseurs potentiels ou alternatifs.
  • Comprendre les différents processus de l'industrie manufacturière.
  • Participer à des comités ou à des projets de recherche et de développement de nouveaux produits et assumer les tâches et les responsabilités requises pour les différents projets (recherche de fournisseurs, analyse, propositions et recommandations, etc.)


Vos principales compétences :


  • Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine en rapport avec le poste.
  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience à un poste d'acheteur dans un environnement industriel.
  • Solides compétences numériques, analytiques et statistiques ;
  • Très bonnes compétences et aisance avec les systèmes informatiques (la connaissance d'un système ERP est un atout).
  • Connaissance des méthodes de recherche nouvelles et actuelles et intérêt pour celles-ci ;
  • Très bonne capacité à travailler sur les processus et la structure, à analyser et à organiser les données.
  • Forte capacité d'affirmation de soi et de collaboration ;
  • Proactif, capable de proposer des changements pour améliorer l'efficacité et la contribution des achats à la croissance de l'entreprise.

The role:


Our team is expanding and we are looking for a Buyer for supporting the Procurement & Operations at the heart of the company's day-to-day activities, while acting for the company's future. He is a partner, an expert and a leader in his field. He or she is relied upon to ensure that production has all the raw materials it needs, and to contribute to the company's growth and development.


What you will do:


  • Analyze and understand requirements for raw materials, services and other supplies to be purchased;
  • Recommend purchasing strategies, participate in the elaboration and development of purchasing policies and procedures favourable to the company;.
  • Establish and monitor delivery schedules, and address any sensitive or problematic situations with the supplier concerned and the internal team;
  • Process purchase orders and purchases;
  • Ensure competitiveness of products and services received,
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports and price lists;
  • Resolve purchasing problems (supplier changes, material shortages, price changes, goods held at customs, etc.);
  • Keep abreast of changes and trends in the raw materials market;
  • Identify potential or alternative suppliers.
  • Understand the various processes involved in the manufacture industry.
  • Participate in new product research and development committees or projects and carry out the tasks and responsibilities required for the various projects (supplier research, analysis, proposals and recommendations, etc.).


Your main skills:


  • University degree in a field relevant to the position.
  • 1-3 years' experience in a purchasing position in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and statistical skills;
  • Very good skills and ease with computerized systems (knowledge of an ERP system is an asset).
  • Knowledge of and interest in new and current research methods;
  • Very good ability to work on processes and structure, to analyze and organize data.
  • Strong assertiveness and collaboration skills;
  • Proactive, able to propose changes to improve the efficiency and contribution of purchasing to the company's growth.
