Overview: Shaw Lab Group, a leader in the dental laboratory industry, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in London, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the dental industry, be technologically adept, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. This role involves actively engaging with dental offices and professionals, promoting our products and services, and collaborating with other dental suppliers to organize continuing education (CE) courses and events.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect, present, and sell Shaw Lab Group’s dental laboratory products and services to dental offices and professionals within the London area.
  • Plan, organize, and execute CE seminars for dentists, as well as represent the company at dental trade shows.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular office visits and effective communication.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, in-person visits, and follow-up on customer inquiries.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives within designated timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential growth opportunities, monitor competitive activities, and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using our CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce) and lab management systems.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and promotional trends to continuously improve sales strategies.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative within the dental industry.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Reside in the London, Ontario area and be available for in-person client visits and events.
