About the Role - Lead IC Savings' integrated marketing and events strategy during our milestone 25th anniversary year. This role drives member growth, broker engagement, and community presence while executing high-impact marketing campaigns and signature events that strengthen our market position as a trusted community credit union.



Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
  • Lead member acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives to drive cross-sell opportunities and deepen banking relationships
  • Spearhead multi-channel marketing campaigns to support mortgage products, credit card adoption, and banking services
  • Design and implement broker communication and engagement programs to expand active network
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations Manager on CRM (Go High Level) optimization and campaign execution
  • Partner with branch network to drive referral programs and local marketing initiatives
  • Oversee brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and communications
  • Direct signature event program including:
  • Quarterly broker education and networking events
  • Annual broker recognition programs
  • 25th anniversary celebration series
  • Community cultural events
  • Member appreciation initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and community partners
  • Ensure event execution aligns with marketing objectives and strengthens market position
  • Partner with Marketing Operations Manager to track campaign performance and ROI
  • Analyze member behavior and campaign data to optimize marketing programs
  • Deliver regular performance updates to leadership team
  • Recommend program adjustments based on market response and metrics

Qualifications


  • Required Experience
  • 7+ years progressive marketing experience with demonstrated success in:
  • Campaign development and execution
  • Event management and stakeholder relations
  • Cross-sell program implementation
  • Team collaboration and leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven track record of growing customer/member relationships through marketing initiatives
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools


Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial services industry experience
  • Knowledge of credit union/banking landscape
  • Broker network management experience
  • Understanding of Italian and Portuguese communities
  • Experience leading community-focused initiatives
