We are currently seeking a dynamic individual who is a go-to person, forward thinker, and excellent problem solver to join our team as an Office Administrator for our multiple locations
As the successful individual, you will bring to the table:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Highly self-motivated, energetic personality
- Knowledge in Excel, Word, and other office systems
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle a fast-paced office environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work Tuesday through Friday, 7am-5:00pm, Saturdays from 7am-12pm
- Must have reliable transportation as this role requires travel to different locations as needed
What you will be doing:
- Cash management
- High customer service levels met and maintained
- Assisting with purchasing, monitoring, and tracking inventory
- Identify gaps and create efficiencies where needed
- Liaise with external providers including all Sales Teams
- Identify and fix any payout discrepancies or situations on the spot
