Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

•Environment management:

•Rollout, Refresh, and Clone all types of sandboxes

•User management:

•Creating and managing user accounts, assigning profiles and roles, managing security settings, and ensuring data access is appropriate.

•Data management:

•Performing data cleansing, seeding and data imports to maintain data integrity.

•Reporting and dashboards:

•Designing and developing reports and dashboards to support administrative needs.

•Automation:

•Implementing workflows, process builders, and other automation tools to streamline repetitive admin tasks.

•Customization (on demand):

•Configuring fields, layouts, workflows, validation rules, and other Salesforce features to match business processes.

•Troubleshooting:

•Support, Monitor and Identifying issues related to Salesforce functionality, data errors, and user access.

•System maintenance:

•Monitoring Salesforce performance, certificate renewals, support updating features, and applying platform patches


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

•Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related degree.

•Prior Work Experience: 3+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience

•Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder


Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role and familiar with Salesforce Lightning
  • Experience with Salesforce DataLoader or similar tools and familiar with SOQL queries
  • Experience with Installing and maintaining Salesforce AppExchange products
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and make informed decisions about Salesforce optimization
  • Experience working with SCRUM teams and Agile practices
  • Effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
