What The Role Looks Like

As a Presales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients unlock the full potential of our industry-leading software and services. Your expertise and ability to translate technical processes into actionable business value will position FlexPay as an indispensable partner for current and prospective clients.


A day in the life of this position includes:



  • Showcasing Value – Elevating prospects understanding and engagement by delivering tailored solutions that demonstrate the unique capabilities of the FlexPay services.
  • Consultative Selling – Diving deep into understanding prospects unique challenges, business goals, and operational hurdles. Using these insights to craft persuasive, value-driven recommendations that position FlexPay as an ideal solution.
  • Engaging Training – Conducting impactful training sessions for clients, prospects, and internal teams, highlighting FlexPay’s value proposition through real-world applications.
  • Compelling Presentations – Developing and presenting customized, technical narratives that illustrate how FlexPay’s software and services address client challenges and drive success.
  • Creating Proof of Value – Designing and delivering proof-of-concept demonstrations, prototypes, and tailored solution designs to showcase how FlexPay integrates seamlessly into a client’s existing ecosystem.
  • Collaborative Support – Working closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to understand client needs and provide seamless technical support during the sales cycle.
  • Cutting-Edge Expertise – Staying informed on industry trends, FlexPay innovations, and competitive landscape to ensure clients receive the most up-to-date, effective solutions.
  • Client-Centric Solutions – Partnering with clients to deeply understand their goals and challenges, designing personalized strategies that maximize FlexPay’s impact.
  • Trusted Advisor -Serving as a reliable technical consultant, guiding clients through the implementation process to ensure measurable results and satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement – Sharing client insights and feedback with Product and Innovation, contributing to FlexPay’s ongoing evolution and success.



What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in computer sciences or business administration preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in a technical pre-sales, consultative sales, or solution-focused role within a service-based industry.
  • Strong ability to build tailored business cases and ROI analyses to support service adoption.
  • Expertise in client-facing discussions, with a focus on needs assessment and delivering business outcomes.
  • Proven experience in developing proposals, strategic roadmaps, and value-focused solutions.
  • Exceptional client engagement skills, with an emphasis on building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment and value delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a consultative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, presentation tools, and service enablement technologies.
  • High level of accountability, a self-starter mindset, and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the US as required.
  • Ability to work standard Eastern time hours.
