People Services HR Data Management Specialist

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the end-to-end life cycle of a GSK employee through Workday transactional processing.
  2. Prepare and generate employee and hiring related documentation e.g. contract extensions, salary increases, etc.
  3. Process HR documents in accordance with Belgian labour law.
  4. Be the first point of contact for queries coming from managers and employees via cases (ServiceNow) and manage requests in the system.
  5. Provide on-request reporting to business partners and other stakeholders.
  6. Work in a highly data-sensitive environment, responsible for protecting Data Privacy at all times and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies.
  7. Ensure data accuracy and conduct Quality Controls & Audits for data travelling into our Payroll System.
  8. Update Knowledge Articles in ServiceNow regularly.
  9. Collaborate closely with and learn from our in-market Team Members who are an integral part of our Team to keep knowledge on processes up to date and align on high customer service standards.
  10. Cooperate closely with our local HR Business Partners and external vendors to share knowledge on processes and anticipate the need for improvement.
  11. Employ case management system effectively to ensure efficient case delivery and act as the central contact for the GSK employee or manager, ensuring they are kept up to date with regular updates and follow up for closure.

As we have several vacancies available, you might also handle employee phone calls, conduct live chats, and email to provide end-to-end navigation support: identify customer needs, clarify issues, give timely updates, and provide final solutions for queries coming from employees regarding the whole employee lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Proven track of experience (+1 years) in a similar or related HR role.
  2. Fluent French and English language skills.
  3. Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or any other/similar related HR Systems.
  4. Previous experience in business-facing roles in a corporate environment.
  5. Good analytical and organizational skills.
  6. Knowledge of Belgian HR related labor law/collective agreements is a big asset but not a must.
