Job Title: People Services HR Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Services HR Data Management Specialist to join our team at 9605 GSK Services Sp z o.o. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global biopharma company that is committed to getting ahead of disease together.

About the Role

The People Services HR Data Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end life cycle of a GSK employee through Workday transactional processing. This includes preparing and generating employee and hiring-related documentation, processing HR documents in accordance with Belgian labour law, and providing on-request reporting to business partners and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end life cycle of a GSK employee through Workday transactional processing
  • Prepare and generate employee and hiring-related documentation
  • Process HR documents in accordance with Belgian labour law
  • Provide on-request reporting to business partners and other stakeholders
  • Work in a highly data-sensitive environment, responsible for protecting Data Privacy at all times and adhering to confidentiality requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy and conduct quality controls and audits for data traveling into our Payroll System
  • Update Knowledge Articles in ServiceNow regularly
  • Collaborate closely with and learn from our in-market Team Members to keep knowledge on processes up to date and align on high customer service standards
  • Cooperate closely with our local HR Business Partners and external vendors to share knowledge on processes and anticipate the need for improvement
  • Employ case management systems effectively to ensure efficient case delivery and act as the central contact for the GSK employee or manager, ensuring they are kept up to date with regular updates and follow-up for closure
Requirements
  • Proven track of experience (+1 year) in a similar or related HR role
  • Fluent French and English language skills
  • Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or any other similar related HR systems
  • Previous experience in business-facing roles in a corporate environment
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Belgian HR-related labor law/collective agreements is a big asset but not a must
