The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Sales Development Manager to build, lead, and scale a high-performing SDR team. This hands-on role focuses on driving pipeline growth, optimizing outbound strategies, and contributing directly to lead generation during scaling phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and mentor top SDR talent (onshore and offshore), fostering a collaborative, high-energy culture.
- Pipeline Growth: Develop strategies to generate sales-qualified leads and ensure seamless collaboration with Marketing and Sales.
- Performance Management: Set clear KPIs, analyze team performance, and implement improvements using CRM and sales tools.
- Hands-On Contribution: Act as an SDR, securing leads and setting a high standard for the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align SDR efforts with company goals and refine lead-generation processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales development experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
- Proven success in building and managing high-performing SDR teams.
- Expertise in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline growth.
- Experience in outsourcing services focused on software engineering.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other sales engagement tools.
- Skilled at managing distributed, multicultural teams.
