Responsabilités:

  • Obtenir des informations sur les différents projets et/ou bons de caution et effectuer des recherches de titres afin de procéder aux dénonciations de contrats conformément aux procédures établies par le Code Civil.
  • Gérer et déposer les privilèges de construction dans les délais requis pour assurer la sécurité et la conformité des paiements.
  • Aider le directeur du crédit à atteindre les objectifs du département, en offrant un soutien aux collectionneurs au sein du centre de service.
  • Examiner les conditions des bons de commande lors de l'attribution du contrat, en vérifiant leur alignement avec les politiques internes.
  • Traiter toutes les demandes diverses provenant du centre de services partagés.


Qualifications:

  • Détenir un diplôme d'études collégiales ou une expérience équivalente (Possession du titre GCC ou CCP préférée).
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un département de crédit à la construction.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
  • Expérience avec le système SAP (de préférence) et maîtrise des applications de la suite bureautique, notamment Excel.



Our client in the construction industry is seeking a full-time, permanent Credit Analyst to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction credit, including expertise in denunciation and liens.


This is an exciting hybrid opportunity working 2 days a week onsite with benefits starting from day one.


Responsibilities:

  • Obtain information on the various projects and/or bond vouchers and carry out title searches in order to carry out the denunciations of contracts in accordance with the procedures established by the Civil Code.
  • Manage and file construction liens within required time frames to ensure payment security and compliance.
  • Assist the Credit Director in meeting departmental goals, offering support to collectors within the service center.
  • Scrutinize purchase order terms upon contract allocation, verifying alignment with internal policies.
  • Address all miscellaneous requests originating from the shared service center.


Qualifications:

  • Completion of a college diploma or equivalent experience (Possession of GCC or CCP title preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a construction credit department.
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Experience with the SAP system (preferred) and proficiency in office suite applications, particularly Excel.
