Reporting to the Senior Manager, Loyalty Strategy & Member Engagement, you will leverage your analytical mindset and passion for customer experience to evolve the PC Optimum loyalty program by enhancing how we engage our customers with a focus on our digital channels.

Please note this position is based out of Loblaw's Downtown Toronto office (500 Lake Shore Blvd W). The successful candidate will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week. As of October 2024, Loblaw colleagues will be expected to work in the office 4 days per week.

What you'll do
  • Execute PC Optimum’s personalized offer strategy by managing targeting engine requirements, evolving the offer library, and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize customer and business outcomes.
  • Provide analytical and reporting support for member engagement initiatives, including by analyzing offer performance and preparing weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Own project management activities for program innovation and customer engagement projects from inception to implementation.
  • Assist in the exploration and evaluation of new opportunities for PC Optimum.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing execution of new member engagement tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Retail Divisions, Business & Customer Insights, and Marketing.
Does this sound like you?
  • You have a bachelor's education in a Business, Commerce, or an equivalent program with 2-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, analytics, project management, and/or customer experience.
  • Strong data and technology fluency.
  • Proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Detail oriented and loyalty curious.
