One of Millenilink's clients is hiring a Bilingual Identity and Access Management Strategy lead for an enterprise end client. The successful candidate will be conducting client workshops, gathering requirements and helping to lead strategy around deliverables for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) in french.
This role is not technical in nature as the lead will be supported by Customer IAM specialists to create the deliverables, however experience leading client strategy for IAM implementation in french is mandatory.
In order to qualify for this opportunity, candidates must have:
- Fluently bilingual in french and english
- Experience leading large enterprise organization with identity and access management implementation via: client workshops, gathering requirements, leading deliverables
- Experience establishing a clearly defined governance structure that allows decisions to be made and tracked on clear roles and responsibilities
- Operating model targets GIA members and customers that defined processes and establishes a RACI matrix
- Experience establishing a maturity benchmark and how it fits into current environment
- Experience establishing a 3 to 5 year roadmap and investment plan for IAM practices, regulations and identified gaps in risk assessment
- Collaborate in the design of business architecture
