Constant International Inc. is looking for sales support to join our dynamic team. For over 30 years, Constant International Inc. has manufactured, sold and distributed chemical products to a variety of industries, including food, pulp and paper, industrial, water treatment and transportation.

Under the supervision of the Controller, the Accounts Payable Clerk will be involved in all aspects of accounts payable responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated and able to communicate, cooperate and collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries with little supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Check invoices by e-mail on a daily basis
  • Compare invoices to purchase orders
  • Verify invoices with reference to supporting documents
  • Prepare checks once amounts are approved
  • Prepare expense reports for sales representatives
  • Reconciliation credit card
  • Manage petty cash
  • Prepare GST/QST reports once a month
  • Prepare deposits
  • Resolve billing discrepancies with suppliers
  • File filing
  • Perform data entry

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience;
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French;
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks;
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel & Word);
  • Knowledge of Sage 300 (ACCPAC) is an asset;
  • Resourceful;
