Senior Project Manager to manage a CRM implementation project

Our valued client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage a CRM implementation project


An initial 4-month contract (with possible extension). 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain and direct the tasks on the project plan for the implementation of ERP software;
  • Define detailed scope/inclusions/exclusions for the re-write
  • Plan out the full Dynamics CRM re-write with the team and third party consultants doing the analysis, technical work training etc.
  • Execute on the plan to deliver a rewritten Dynamics CRM that meets all of our requirements and is best practice.
  • Plan a CRM product roadmap with other project leaders, operations manager and director that take into account company Data program requirements as well as ERP product requirements with a goal to have one fulsome roadmap
  • Develop and manage project schedule and budget considering all facets of an implementation project.
  • Organize the Project ensure that project activities operate as per the policies and procedures of the client and comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards;
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, instilling strong collaboration and effective communication
  • Ensure common understanding among stakeholders and provide appropriate information to the steering committee for decision making to ensure effective and efficient project delivery;
  • Communicate with, and support clients to enable community support for the project and to solicit input to improve the project;
  • Ensure that the project operates within the approved budget, schedule and quality criteria; Ensure that all project records are readily available, accurate and current; develop status reports on the project for management and for stakeholders;
  • Identify and evaluate risks associated with project activities and implement mitigation strategies;
  • Experience fostering and maintaining relationships with different stakeholders who are resistant to change and not tech-savvy.

Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years as a Project Manager
  • Experience managing ERP/ CRM projects

Nice to Have skills:

  • Experience with MS Dynamics CRM
  • Experience working in public sector or crown-corporations
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
