Summary of the role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our experienced finance team. This entry-level position will allow you to learn and actively participate in all aspects of the financial activities of a large business.   • Participate in operational accounting activities (accounting cycle, billing, collection, supplier invoice approval policy, capital assets, adjusting entries, account reconciliations, etc.);
  • Participate in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports;
  • Coordinate cost center budget preparation, analyze deviations and liaise with department managers;
  • Monitor cash flow and actively participate in cash flow forecasts related to operations and projects;
  • Participate in the audit file with external auditors and taxation team, when needed;
  • Participate in special projects; prepare ad hoc reports and other tasks related to his expertise;
  • Multiple currency, intercompany transactions and SAP system environment.

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills;
