**TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Analyser la profitabilité par département, dégager les tendances, identifier les performances à améliorer et participer aux solutions de redressement
- Suivre les prévisions de flux de trésorerie
- Développer des outils efficaces de recherche et de vigie
- Agir à titre de conseiller auprès des gestionnaires
- Contribuer à l’amélioration du processus budgétaire
- Aider à la préparation des dossiers de vérification de fin d’année
- Participer aux projets d’acquisitions et de développement de l’entreprise
- Effectuer des analyses ad hoc et toutes autres tâches connexes

**COMPÉTENCES ET PROFIL**:

- Proactivité avec de solides compétences analytiques et un sens critique développé
- Motivation, autonomie et esprit d’initiative favorisant la résolution de problèmes
- Capacité d'établir des priorités en composant avec différentes tâches simultanées
- Excellente maîtrise des logiciels Excel et PowerPoint
- Modélisation financière avancée
- Montage de tableaux de bord et de présentations corporatives
- Capacité à travailler sous pression avec de courts délais
- Esprit d’équipe et de collaboration

**ÉTUDE/EXPÉRIENCE**:

- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle d’analyste financier
- Titre de CPA ou CFA
- Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité ou en finances ou expérience équivalente
- Maîtrise du français à oral et à l’écrit / Anglais fonctionnel
- Atout - expérience dans une firme d’investissement (PSP, CDPQ, Novacap, etc.)
- Atout - expérience en concessionnaire automobile/camion
