**Analyste Financier Approvisionnement**

**Description**

L'analyste financier d’approvisionnement participera aux initiatives de l'équipe des finances des achats, en fournissant le soutien analytique nécessaire au responsable des finances des achats. L'analyste sera responsable de la mise à jour et de la maintenance du système ERP (SAP - S4) pour toutes les informations relatives aux achats, en veillant à l'analyse, à l'établissement de rapports, au suivi et à la distribution en temps utile de ces informations aux responsables des achats et aux autres départements internes de l'entreprise.

**Devoirs**:

- Travailler avec les gestionnaires de l'approvisionnement et les analystes financiers pour suivre et maintenir toutes les données de tarification dans SAP de manière opportune et précise.
- Assurer la gestion et l'amélioration continue du processus lié aux fiches de prix et à la tarification dans le système.
- Travailler avec les équipes responsables des bases de données (Master Data) pour s'assurer que les données sur les articles et les fournisseurs sont à jour et exactes.
- Travailler avec l'équipe des comptes créditeurs pour soutenir le processus entourant les écarts de prix dans le système.
- Produire des rapports de fin de mois pour l'entreprise

**Compétences/Qualifications**:

- Une connaissance avancée d'Excel est **indispensable**:

- De solides compétences en anglais sont nécessaires pour communiquer presque exclusivement avec les équipes américaines.
- Connaissance de SAP ou d'un autre grand système ERP de préférence
- Fortes compétences analytiques, souci du détail et gestion du temps nécessaires pour pouvoir équilibrer des tâches multiples et des priorités changeantes.
- Orienté vers les résultats, avec un sens de l'urgence, capable de travailler sous la pression des délais.
- Un fort esprit d'équipe qui peut travailler de manière transversale avec d'autres équipes commerciales.

**Éducation et expérience**:

- 2+ ans d'expérience professionnelle avec des responsabilités connexes et/ou un diplôme d'études collégiales

The Procurement Financial Analyst will assist in the initiatives of the Procurement Finance team, providing the necessary analytical support to the Procurement Finance Manager. The analyst will be responsible for updating and maintaining the ERP system (SAP - S4) for all purchasing related information, ensuring the timely analysis, reporting, follow-up and distribution of this information to the Procurement Category Leaders and other internal company departments.

**Duties**:

- Work with the Procurement Category Managers and Financial Analysts to track and maintain all the pricing data in SAP in a timely and accurate manner
- Own the management and continuous improvement of the process related to price sheets and pricing in the system
- Work with the MDM (Master Data) teams to ensure that the material and vendor data is up-to-date and accurate for reporting purposes
- Work with the Accounts Payable team to support the process surrounding price discrepancies in the system
- Produce month-end reports for the business

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Advanced knowledge of Excel is a **must**:

- Strong English skills are required to communicate almost exclusively with the USA teams
- Knowledge of SAP or other large ERP system preferred
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and time management skills required to be able to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Results oriented with a sense of urgency, able to work under deadline pressures
- Strong team player who can work cross functionally with other business teams

**Education and Experience**:

- 2+ years of work experience with related responsibilities and/or College degree
