Inside Sales Account Executive

Compensation: Base Salary + 5% Commission.
Compensation Structure
Your earnings are entirely performance-driven. The base salary you receive will be 50% of the total sales you generate each month, plus an additional 5% commission on every closed deal. For example:
• If you generate $20,000 in sales:
Your base salary will be $10,000 for that month + 5% commission on each deal closed.
• If you generate $2,000 in sales:
Your base salary will be $1,000 for that month + 5% commission on each deal closed.
• If you generate $0 in sales:
Your base salary will be $0 for that month + 0% commission.
This structure rewards your results—if you perform well, both your base and commission grow accordingly.
Minimum Sales Targets:
• Monthly: $8,000 in new sales
• Quarterly: $15,000 in recurring revenue

What You'll Do
Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify potential clients through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of SMBs in need of digital marketing services.
Sales & Client Consultation
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
• Present and sell Digital ByteTeck's range of services including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and web development.
• Close deals by demonstrating the ROI of our solutions and crafting customized proposals.
• Strive to achieve $8,000 in new sales per month and $15,000 in recurring revenue per quarter.
Account Management & Relationship Building
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Sales Reporting & Performance
• Track your performance using CRM tools like ZohoCRM or Salesforce.
• Consistently meet and exceed your sales targets.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in inside sales (preferably within a North American digital marketing agency).
Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed targets.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and digital solutions.
Excellent Communication: Ability to pitch, persuade, and negotiate effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic sales pipeline.
Target-Oriented: Commitment to consistently hitting $8,000 in monthly sales and $15,000 in quarterly recurring revenue.
