Job Description

  • Analyze shipping patterns and uncover business opportunities to drive mutual growth across FedEx Express, Ground, and Freight services
  • Manage and nurture existing accounts while implementing retention strategies.
  • Create tailored solutions based on customer requirements to help achieve clients' business goals
  • Craft and deliver compelling virtual presentations that showcase the power of FedEx's solutions to transform customer operations
  • Collaborate with our Revenue Management team to design winning pricing strategies that fuel business growth

Additional Job Description

  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial/business-to-business sales (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred - but we value your skills and experience above all
  • Digital fluency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Virtual presentation skills that engage and inspire
  • A track record of crushing sales targets and driving measurable results
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and deliver under pressure.
