Inside Sales Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities by demonstrating the value of our products/services.
4. Manage a sales pipeline, track progress, and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system regularly.
5. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely manner.
7. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Provide accurate product information, pricing, and solutions to prospects.
9. Conduct virtual meetings or calls to present and demonstrate products or services as needed.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service, preferably in [industry].
2. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport quickly.
3. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
4. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales tracking tools.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
6. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
7. High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
8. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus (but not required).
