Millenilink is hiring a part-time executive assistant to join our team. This role will start out as part time working 1 to 1.5 days per week (8-12 hours) and have the opportunity to grow. The successful candidate must be extremely detail oriented and organized. Ideally working in a startup environment where they were responsible for creating process would be ideal. This role will combine back office administrative tasks as with some basic data management. Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, Power BI and ADP payroll. The ability to learn and become a super-user of our CRM database is a strong nice to have. As this role involves interfacing with our clients and contractors, excellent customer service skills and written and verbal communication is required.


Some of the responsibilities of this role include:

  • Running Payroll of Millenilink employees
  • Managing weekly timesheet collection and approval of our contractors
  • Proactively follow up with clients and contractors for time approvals, accounts receivable etc.
  • Creating and updating reports (i.e. Commission reports, billable work etc.)
  • Organizing company and client events (i.e. webinars, in-person events, client and employee appreciation initiatives etc.)
  • Draft documents and help executives with necessary meeting preparations
  • Liaise with marketing and finance as required to provide details from business operations
  • Work with CEO on various company initiatives


If the successful candidate has strong data management skills, they will also

  • Review and help to optimize data within our primary Customer Relationship Management database (TrackerRMS)


In order to qualify for this opportunity, applicants must have

  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, OneDrive, Word)
  • Meticulous attention to detail with data
  • Track record of working in a start-up environment creating processes
  • Experience being a self-learner and self-starter
  • Proven experience providing proactive customer service
  • Team player mentality
  • Excellent organization and planning ability for business processes, events and more
  • Ability to build presentations
