Roles and Responsibilities:

•We are looking for a desktop support technician.

•Troubleshooting Software, Hardware and Communication devises.

•Technical Support Analytical thinking.

•Customer Service, Laptop & Desktop Operating system

•Win 10/11. iMac OS. Android and iOS.

•Computer Networking Cloud’s SCCM.

•ServiceNow ticketing system.

•Citrix/RAS/VPN.

• Remote support VoIP the role is based in Toronto, ON downtown area.

•Might require some travelling to Markham or Mississauga DR site if we evoke BCM plan.

•It is 5 days in the office role, No remote work.
