Survol du rôle:
Compugen est à la recherche d'un représentant aux ventes internes expérimenté qui s'engage à fournir une expérience client exceptionnelle. Le représentant des ventes internes II est responsable de la gestion d'un portefeuille assigné de clients complexes en soutenant et en coordonnant toutes les activités, de la soumission au cycle de livraison. L'objectif est de s'assurer que les attentes de nos clients sont gérées de manière proactive et surpassées.
Responsibilités clés:
- Fournir des soumissions aux clients en s'appuyant sur une connaissance et une expertise approfondies des produits
- Assurer la liaison avec les cadres supérieurs des ventes et l'ensemble des services internes afin de garantir une expérience d’approvisionnement sans faille aux clients qui lui sont confiés.
- Capacité à mener des déploiements de grande envergure, incluant des services et répondant à des exigences complexes des clients.
- Gérer les commandes tout au long du cycle, de la saisie de la commande à la facturation.
- Travailler avec l'équipe d’assistance aux ventes pour s'assurer que les commandes des clients sont traitées et reconnues de manière à dépasser les attentes.
- Défendre les intérêts des clients, en priorisant leurs besoins et en s'efforçant de leur fournir une assistance basée sur des solutions grâce à nos produits et services
- Résoudre les problèmes liés aux commandes en faisant preuve de ténacité, de persévérance et d'un grand tact.
- Gérer les escalades, fournir une résolution durable et éviter les risques pour les clients.
- S'assurer que tous les Indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et les Ententes de niveau de service (SLA) sont respectés afin de garantir une satisfaction optimale des clients
- Mener et/ou participer aux réunions client
- Préparer et guider les transitions et les déploiements de produits pour les comptes assignés
- Gérer la plateforme de commerce électronique du client
- Gérer l'évaluation des produits et des offres de solutions
- Respecter ou dépasser les Ententes de niveau de service
- Précision dans les commandes de vente
- Atteinte de la marge brute
- Suivi de la saisie de commande jusqu’à son expédition
- Capacité démontrée à collaborer dans des domaines multifonctionnels avec d'autres parties prenantes internes.
- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial dans un programme d'études pertinent
- 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans un poste de ventes internes
- Une expérience antérieure en communication et en assistance dans le développement, en maintenance et le service de grands comptes, est un atout
- Capacité démontrée à gérer des priorités/projets multiples, à respecter les délais et à assumer les responsabilités.
- Expérience dans le secteur des technologies est un atout
- Compréhension de la chaîne d’approvisionnement
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication écrite et de relations interpersonnelles
- Expérience des livrables en matière d’Ententes de niveau de service (SLA) d'Indicateurs de performance clés (KPI)
- Expertise fiable des affaires

Position Overview: Compugen is seeking an experienced, inside sales representative committed to providing exceptional customer experience. The Inside Sales Representative II is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of complex customers in the support and coordination of all activities in the quote to delivery cycle. The goal is to ensure that our customers’ expectations are proactively managed and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides quotes to customers using extensive product knowledge and expertise
- Liaise with Sales Executives and all internal departments to ensure a seamless procurement experience for assigned customers
- Ability to lead large deployments, that contain services and with complex customer requirements.
- Manage orders throughout the entire cycle, from order entry to invoicing
- Works with the Sales Support team to ensure that customer orders are placed and acknowledged in a manner that exceeds expectations
- Be a customer advocate; putting customer needs first and working to deliver solution-based assistance through our products and services
- Resolve any order related problems using tenacity, persistence, and a high level of tactfulness
- Manage escalations, provide sustainable resolution & risk avoidance for customers
- Ensure that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being met to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Lead and/or attend customer meetings
- Prepare and/lead product transitions and product rollouts for assigned accounts
- Manage customer’s e-commerce platform
- Manage evaluation of products and solution offerings

- 2-4 years previous experience in an Inside Sales position
- Previous experience communicating and assisting in the development, maintenance, and service of large accounts is an asset
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines and responsibilities
- Experience in the technology industry an asset
- Understanding of supply chain
- Outstanding written communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience with SLA and KPI deliverables
- Strong business acumen
