Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic, bilingual, and results-driven E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence and drive digital engagement. In this role, you will collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that align with brand objectives and business goals. Your expertise will contribute to increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and online traffic, while also optimizing digital advertising efforts and analyzing campaign performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee website management across multiple brands, including content updates, page creation, and maintenance.
  • Develop and distribute email newsletters and dealer communications.
  • Maintain a strategic newsletter calendar under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
  • Utilize engagement and sales data to create audience segments for targeted digital campaigns.
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to improve key performance metrics.
  • Manage a year-long CRM calendar to enhance customer engagement.
  • Conduct campaign analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Handle various digital commerce platforms, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics.
  • Oversee audience segmentation, campaign execution, results analysis, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Support additional marketing initiatives as assigned by management.

Leadership & Collaboration:

This position will work closely with an E-Commerce Coordinator, providing guidance and fostering collaboration within the marketing team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, B2C and B2B digital marketing, with a deep understanding of the customer journey.
  • Bilingualism in English and French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required), and familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, WordPress/WooCommerce, and MailChimp (preferred).
  • Experience in digital content creation, social media management, and website CMS.
  • Strong analytical skills for campaign reporting and performance measurement.
  • Knowledge of the firearms industry (hunting, law enforcement) is an asset.
  • Graphic Design experience/ fundamentals is an asset but not a must-have.


Additional Requirements:

  • Full-time, in-office presence required for the initial employment period (5 days/week) with some WFH flexibility thereafter.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
