Votre rôle :
  • Accueillir la clientèle chaleureusement et offrir un bon service à la clientèle
  • Évaluer les besoins de la clientèle et fournir des conseils éclairés et spécialisés sur les produits
  • Présenter et démontrer la marchandise en insistant sur ses caractéristiques positives, et suggérer des produits complémentaires
  • Appuyer le marchandisage de son secteur (étalage, présentation, étiquetage et affichage de la marchandise)
  • Se tenir informer des nouveaux produits et de leurs applications techniques
  • Participer à l'atteinte des objectifs de ventes
  • S'informer des promotions et des circulaires
  • Travailler conformément aux politiques et procédures du magasin en matière de santé et sécurité et de prévention des pertes
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes assurant le bon fonctionnement du magasin

Les compétences recherchées :
  • Expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle
  • Un esprit analytique
