Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market assessment across two category segments to identify growth opportunities
  • Define strategic rationale for market entry, including size of prize, right to win, and key demand moments
  • Develop branded product concepts, including consumer insights, messaging, pricing, and packaging
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, R&D, Legal) to drive execution

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience leading Strategy & Insights or Innovation Strategy projects
  • Strong analytical skills with syndicated data tools (Nielsen, IRI) and business analytics
  • Expertise in consumer insights, trend analysis, and translating data into strategy
  • Compelling storyteller with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of handling complex initiatives
  • Background in FMCG/CPG preferred
