  • Location: North York, ON
  • Job type: Hybrid | Full-time | Permanent
  • Hours: Monday - Friday days. (Does require one evening shift per week 1pm-9pm)


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all financial coaching and education programs (including GOLD).
  • Act as the primary contact for financial literacy education programs with external organizations.
  • Schedule financial literacy education webinars and workshops, collect presentation requirements, and coordinate requests for our team of Education Facilitators.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with partner organizations, including refreshing contact when appropriate.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings & classes, update program materials, and build all schedules, including facilitator assignments.
  • Manage program communications with participants and external/third-party organizations & individuals.
  • Complete all onboarding tasks for financial coaching or webinar participants.
  • Complete regular credit checks on financial coaching participants. Enter and monitor the results in our CRM.
  • Develop and review program reports regularly to share data and insights with the Financial Coaching Manager.
  • Assist the Financial Coaching Manager in promoting GOLD and vetting participants.
  • Assist Education and Marketing staff with promotional activities such as outreach and engagement with external partners.
  • Provide other assistance to the Financial Coaching Manager as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience providing high-quality customer service in a call center, retail, or service-based environment.
  • Superb organizational, communication (verbal/written), and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Zoom, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google suite.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented approach with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Interest/experience in personal finance is a plus
  • A role model of integrity and high personal standards
  • A highly accountable results-producer with a proven track record and an exceptional ability to take initiative and follow through
  • Able to analyze data and think critically to uncover insights and identify solutions that will influence program direction
