About the Role

Snaplii is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to lead our Marketing Team and ensure the success of our brand across various channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that will enhance Snaplii’s brand equity, drive growth, and oversee key departments including customer acquisition, content, and design. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities and a creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to achieve Snaplii’s short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and overall strategy to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and manage the Marketing Team, including customer acquisition, content, and design departments.
  • Set clear goals, provide strategic direction, and ensure alignment with Snaplii’s brand objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and professional development of team members.

Integrated Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the brand strategy.
  • Work closely with the customer acquisition, content, and design teams to create compelling and cohesive campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaigns are data-driven, measuring and optimizing performance to maximize ROI.

Product and Brand Alignment:

  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure new product launches and updates align with the brand strategy.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring effective communication of features and benefits.
  • Monitor product and campaign performance, making recommendations for improvements as needed.

Brand Communication and PR:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Oversee all PR activities, including press releases, media engagements, and events.
  • Ensure all external communications consistently reflect Snaplii’s brand voice, values, and positioning.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor spending and adjust strategies to ensure the best possible return on investment.
  • Report on budget performance regularly, providing insights and recommendations.

Brand Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze key brand performance metrics, including brand health, market share, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular brand audits and competitive analyses to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior management, guiding future brand strategy decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the technology or finance sector.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian market and US market is a plus.
