Associate OMNI Manager – COLD WD AND PASO BRANDS

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Omni Marketing Manager to join our Cold Beverages team. In this role, you will lead the OMNI marketing planning and execution for a diverse portfolio of brands, including Dr Pepper, Crush, Bai, and Mott's Fruitsations, among others.

What you will do:
  1. Omni-Channel Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and business goals.
    • Coordinate marketing efforts across digital, retail, social, and traditional channels to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
  2. Omni-Channel Campaign Management:
    • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring strong ROAS.
    • Develop and maintain performance reports to track the effectiveness of marketing activities and measure ROI.
    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.
    • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure timely and successful campaign execution.
  3. Commercial Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional team members to develop integrated commercial plans that maximize conversion opportunities throughout the shopper journey.
    • Work with Insights to uncover new shopper insights that will unlock new opportunities.
    • Collaborate with sales, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and operational capabilities.
    • Provide regular updates and recommendations based on program performance.
