We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Lead to champion the planning, execution, and completion of Oracle Cloud projects with a focus on (Financials, Supply Chain, or PPM) - choose the most relevant area of expertise. As a natural leader, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure projects align with strategic objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage all aspects of Oracle Cloud project lifecycles (Financials, Supply Chain, or PPM) - choose the most relevant area of expertise, from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Partner with business leaders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria specific to (Financials, Supply Chain, or PPM) - choose the most relevant area of expertise.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines, with a deep understanding of the (Financials, Supply Chain, or PPM) - choose the most relevant area of expertise modules.
  • Secure and manage resources, including internal teams, external consultants, and third-party vendors with experience in (Financials, Supply Chain, or PPM) - choose the most relevant area of expertise.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standards specific to (Financials, Supply Chain, or PPM) - choose the most relevant area of expertise.
  • Mitigate risks and proactively address issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle related to (Financials, Supply Chain, or PPM) - choose the most relevant area of expertise.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive project environment, motivating team members to achieve peak performance.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to all stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of project progress.
  • Leverage your expertise in Oracle Cloud (Financials, Supply Chain, or PPM) - choose the most relevant area of expertise solutions to optimize project outcomes and deliver maximum value to the business.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading successful Oracle Cloud implementations with a focus on (Financials, Supply Chain, or PPM) - choose the most relevant area of expertise.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud (Financials, Supply Chain, or PPM) - choose the most relevant area of expertise project methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
