The Opportunity:


ML6 has partnered with a leading healthcare organization in the search for a Senior Program Manager to join its team. In this role you will oversee the strategic launch and implementation of a brand-new loyalty program across hundreds of locations in Canada. You will lead the full lifecycle of this subscription program, from pre-launch through post-implementation, ensuring that it delivers exceptional care and value to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience launching large loyalty or subscription-based programs.



What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Lead and own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality expectations.
  • Develop and execute the comprehensive program plan from initial communication to post-launch support.
  • Manage program dependencies, budgets, and financial forecasts, while building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams across global and Canadian stakeholders, making decisions on resource allocation and managing program scope.
  • Establish governance processes and report to the Program Steering Team.



What You’ll Need to Be Successful:


  • 8-10 years of senior-level experience in a multi-unit or matrixed organization.
  • Proven track record managing complex, organizational-wide programs.
  • Experience launching loyalty or subscription programs is a strong asset.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Pragmatic self-starter with the ability to manage a demanding program.
