Position Overview:

As a Junior Property Manager, you will oversee their properties' daily operations and maintenance, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Your role will encompass tenant relations, maintenance coordination, financial management, and property inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenant inquiries and maintain positive tenant relationships.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee repairs and renovations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and rental agreements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management OR the ability to quickly learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi) is a plus.
  • Understanding of landlord-tenant laws and regulations in Alberta.
