  • Assist the Property Manager in addressing resident inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular property and vacant suite inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Assist the property manager in scheduling and overseeing maintenance and repair work.
  • Monitor and manage rent collections, including follow-ups on late payments.
  • Other duties as required.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Must have a clean driver’s abstract.
  • Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
