The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. Your genuine passion for green building, technology, and innovation, along with extensive knowledge and understanding of manufacturing and construction processes will be critical in allowing you to expand ZS2’s presence within the global marketplace. As a member of ZS2’s sales team, your focus is to attract and retain new and existing business relationships with clients, partners, and project stakeholders.
Responsibilties- Leverage your existing network and maximize every opportunity to build on new and existing business.
- Your focus will be to recruit and train new ZS2 TechPartners to expand and develop our distribution network.
- Lead decision makers and key influencers through the ZS2 construction process so they see how our solutions will help solve their challenges.
- Create visibility and expand your network with community involvement, industry associations, leads groups and networking events. Create and facilitate events to attract end users and construction industry influencers.
- Create and give presentations for all vertical market groups and the Architecture & Design, Builders, Developers, General Contractors, and End User communities.
- Continually seek new opportunities; proactively working to support new clients and TechPartners.
- Engage in open dialogue with construction industry stakeholders and thought leaders.
- Three to five years construction sales or construction project management experience.
- A demonstrable track record of sales success in the construction industry.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with architectural and construction drawings, details, and specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to speak intelligently to the manufacturing and construction process to all audiences.
- Must be willing to travel throughout North America and Internationally as required.
