Job Summary:

In this role, the successful candidate will be supporting daily human resources operations and supporting the Learning Specialist to implement the new Learning Management System (LMS). Key responsibilities include administrative support for LMS setup and coordination of HR initiatives such as onboarding, program support and tracking, learning programs, and other related activities.


Job Details:
Learning & Development
  • Support the functional set-up of our new Learning Management system. This includes transferring course content and resources from current LMS and uploading and organizing within new LMS, to achieve online learning objectives.
  • Provide support with bite size learning program including calendar management, and monthly planning and reporting.
HR Coordinator
  • Maintain and update HR related resources and communication on Company Intranet.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Team including file management, employee communication and program tracking.
  • Assist with the generation of various analytics reports and HR metrics.
  • Provide support in updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide HR project related support including HRIS management/ reports, onboarding, employee handbook and other such related tasks.
  • Conduct exit interviews as required.
  • Actively participate in and assist in the coordination of employee culture events.
  • Assist with various tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in HR, Business, Learning, or a related field.
  • Proficient in working with software applications and technology.
  • Experience within an LMS or HRIS program considered an asset but not required.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple priorities and projects to deliver results with deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
